RUSAL says places 2.38 bln yuans of commercial bonds

MOSCOW, Nov 16 (PRIME) -- Russian aluminum producer RUSAL has placed 2.38 billion yuans, or 95.2% of an issue of commercial bonds under private subscription, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

The bonds were paid for in cash or by cashless transactions in rubles at the official ruble exchange rate to yuan.
